Good morning, all of you out there in virtual land. I hope your weekend was as good as mine. I did a lot of fishing, didn’t catch anything, but had a great time nonetheless. I fished a river, a lake, and a creek!
Handling fear and self-doubt is a tough thing to navigate. I’d like to say that I handle it well and with good decision-making, but sometimes I do not. I have been known to do wild things and make decisions that lead me into the woods, so to speak. Sometimes I walk my dog to try and sort everything out, sometimes I take a long drive to clear my head, sometimes I just need to let shit go and let it be. Sometimes I need to cook like crazy to sort out all of my feelings. Cooking usually helps.
I went and looked at some land this weekend as a potential campground spot, and I was a little disappointed. I had tentative dreams about this spot, but once arriving there, I saw that it would be set up better for a little house or homestead or something more along those lines. The search continues, and now we get to look forward to the booth at Twin Cities Pride!
