Good morning to all of you out there in virtual land. This weekend I was able to tour a beautiful property up by Pine Lake, and it was incredible. There was a little tiny house plopped on the highest ground, and the tiny house was beautiful. Little details all over the place like stained glass, engravings on the banister, and a tentacle-shaped doorknob. Check out these details!

This property has 20 acres available and is right about where I want to be location-wise. As we were walking around the property, I could see the potential for camping sites, dome tents, and platforms for yurts tucked among the trees. There were a few drawbacks, but I couldn’t help but get a little excited about the possibilities. I only got three ticks on me too! Yikes!
After touring the property, I drove by the original piece of land that sparked the name Pine Lake Fishing Club and saw that someone had built an amazing new house on the site. We stopped at the actual Pine Lake to do some fishing, and I was able to catch some bass with my fly rod. It was one of those magical moments of fishing where you throw the fly, see the fish react, and then watch them chase the fly and then gulp it down. So much fun. Being up there and feeling the peace of the lake only reaffirms my belief that we need to create a safe outdoor space where people can come and enjoy nature as we did, and feel free to be themselves.
Together we can create something beautiful for all to enjoy.
