Good morning. Happy Monday to all out there. This is such a wild topic to think about. Looking back ten years, would anyone have been able to predict the crazy things that have happened in the world in the last ten years? I think that we can dream about where we would like to be, but it is so hard to try and cement those ideas, because things change so fast.
One version of where I would like to be in ten years involves running this farm and campground idea that I have been marinating on. This ten-year vision would see the campground established for a few years and hopefully running smoothly. There would be some fun campsites we have constructed, some great fishing stories shared over a campfire, and plenty of s’mores consumed. Down the path a little bit, you can find our mini-donkeys and goats, and the rest of the farm animals.
In the versions of the ten-year future, I definitely see more travel in those thoughts. There are so many places I would still like to see, so many places to fish and camp and hike! I have been itching to get out on the water and fish again. The Minnesota fishing opener is on my birthday this year…what a present from the DNR to me! Thanks!
